摘要
接触式轮廓测量仪中,适当测量力的施加是十分重要的,本文介绍了依靠十字片簧弹性支承变形来提供测量力的测量机构.在分析其动态特性的基础上,导出了触针测量力的变化规律。
In the contact profilometer,it is very important to exert proper stylus force The paper introduces a measuring mechanism,which depends on the deform of cross-leaf spring elastic bearing to supply measuring force.On the basis of analyzing dynamic characteristic of mechanism,the variational pattern of stylus force is derived.
