本文根据分件供送螺杆的运动特点,首先对螺杆的螺旋线进行参数化设计,再运用Pro/Engineer对其进行计算机辅助设计,之后运用MasterCAM软件编制数控加工程序,从而为变螺距螺杆的设计与制造提出了一种独特的方法。

According to the athletics characteristic of screw with variable pitch, we calculate the screw parametric in mathematical method, and use Pro/Engineer software and Mastercam software to parametric design and numerical control machining, then give an especial design and manufacture method.
