摘要 介绍一种巧妙利用价格低廉的光电开关,配合机器人的高精度,采用中断技术来进行定量的零件位姿误差动态在线检测与补偿的快速装配方法。目的是为了提高装配系统的可靠性和安全性。 This paper introduce a fast assembly method which cleverly makes use of lowprice photoelectric switches and the high accuracy of the robot and interruptig technology to do online checking work.This method hasn't been correctly reported in our country.Its aim is to enhance the reliability of the assembly system and effectively prevent and eliminate the trouble.
