摘要
作者通过论述规范我国建筑物区分所有权共有权的必要性,以及对民法典草案及物权法草案关于建筑物区分所有权及其共有部分权利规定的评价,提出了我国未来立法中关于建筑物区分所有权共有权之地位架构。
In the present endeavor the author examines the necessityof the co-ownership right of condominium should be provided, then comments the provisions of the co-ownership right of condominium.In the last part of the thesis, the author puts forward the law statue of condominium's co-ownership right in the future's legislation in our country.
