不同方法提取丁香中挥发油的比较

Comparative study on process for extracting volatile oil from Flos caryophylli

目的:筛选丁香中挥发油的最佳提取方法。方法:采用6种不同方法提取丁香挥发油,以提取的挥发油体积及挥发油中丁香酚的含量为指标,筛选从丁香中提取挥发油的最佳方法。结果:比较挥发油量及油中丁香酚总量,超临界二氧化碳萃取法明显优于其他5种方法。结论:超临界二氧化碳萃取法因为提取率高,提取时间较短,提取温度较低,而且无溶剂残留,是提取丁香中挥发油值得推广和有前景的一种方法。

OBJECTIVE To study and optimize the extracting technology of the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli. METHODS Using six methods to extract volatile oil from Flos caryophylli and by comparing the rate of extraction and the content of eugenol in volatile oil, the best extracting technology was selected. RESULTS Comparing the quantity of volatile oil and the content of eugenol in volatile oil, the method of supercritical fluid extraction （SFE） was the best one than other five methods. CONCLUSION SFE is the best method.
