2%啶虫脒杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊的灭效研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察2%啶虫脒杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法依照GB13917.7-92和GB13917.8-92测试方法进行。结果室内药效测试LT50为2.89 d,全部死亡需16 d;模拟现场测试LT50为3 d,全部死亡需17 d。结论2%啶虫脒杀蟑胶饵作用迟缓,需多次蓄积方可发挥毒性作用,作为灭蟑杀虫剂尚不理想。 Objective To observe the efficacy of 2% acetaniprid gel bait against Blattella germanica. Methods Carrying on with the method of GB13917.7 -92 and GB13917.8-92. Results In the room the LT50 was 2.89 days. It took 16 days for Blttella germanica to be dead completely. In mimic field ,the LT50 of Blattella germanica was 3 days and needed 17 days for being dead completely. Conclusion The function of 2% acetaniprid was slow, being used as the hygienic insecticide was still not actually ideal at present.
