摘要 基于珠钢采用铌微合金化技术成功地开发了管线钢X52和X56的事实,结合CSP薄板坯连铸工艺特点,探索出一套适合含铌钢薄板坯连铸的浇注温度制度、结晶器保护渣、连铸拉速和结晶器热流密度匹配及二次冷却曲线等工艺控制技术。 Based on the fact that ZIS succeed in manufacturing X52 and X56 pipeline steel by means of Nb Micro - alloying technology, and combined with the technical characteristic of TSCR, a series of technology to control thin slab continuous casting process for Nb - bearing steel were investigated, such as the schedules of pouring temperature, mold casting powder, matching slab withdrawing rate and heat flux density, and the selection of secondary cooling curve etc.
