摘要
从工艺流程、钢种、规格、调宽和热轧侧压量等方面分析了影响板坯连铸CAST炉数的因素,根据宝钢两个连铸厂的特点分别提出了提高CAST炉数的措施并取得了实际效果。
The factors influencing the cast heat number of slab continuous casting were analysed from technological process, steels, size, adjusting wide and hot - roiled side pressing amount etc. Measure of increasing CAST heat number have been put forward according to the characteristics of two continuous casting plants in Baosteel and the actual effect has obtained.
