铝镇静钢STW22板坯连铸水口结瘤的理论与实践 被引量:2

Theory and practice of nozzle blocking to slab continuous casting with Al-killed STW22

摘要 对STW22用钙处理钢水中生成夹杂物进行热力学计算,分析讨论了[Al]、[Ca][S]生成夹杂物影响和相互关系;在[Al]=0.020%~0.040%,[S]<0.015%钢中主要生成低熔点C3A、C12A7。同时,通过合理底吹氩及改善钢包材质能显著减少钢水中Al2O3夹杂数量,有效控制铝镇静钢连铸水口结瘤。 By the thermodynamics calculation of the inclusions calcium processing to STW22, the correlations between [Al], [Ca] and [S] were discussed. The main inclusions are low melted order C3A and C12A7 as [Al] 0.020%~0.040% and [S] 〈 0.015% allowed in the steel. At the same time the quanlity of Al2O3 would decrease greatly by means of bottem blowing the argon and improving the material of ladle, which can deal with continuous casting nozzle blocking of Al - killd steel.
