Analysis on Unemployment Registration

大学生就业难是大众化教育阶段各国无可回避的现实。文章指出了我国目前所面临的更为严峻的就业压力,认为从精英教育理念到大众化教育理念的转变是真正实现由精英教育向大众化教育转变的标志,也是解决就业难问题的关键。并且还着重分析了我国大众化教育阶段国家、高等教育与市场三方搏弈中存在的问题,特别指出了在缺乏学术制衡传统的中国,过度的市场干预可能对高等教育的发展产生的消极影响。

The fact exists in any country with popularized higher education that undergraduates find it uneasy to seek a satisfactory job after graduation. This paper analyses the serious unemployment in China and points out that the concept change from elite higher education to the popularized higher education is the key to the problem of unemployment. The focus of the paper is on the conflicts between popularized higher education and limited employment market which interferes the development of higher education since there is a lack of academic balancing measures in universities in China.
