摘要 文章从高等教育大众化教育质量存在的问题入手,按照本科教学评估指标体系进行统计分析,坚持“以评促改、以评促建、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设”的原则,提出以评促建、保障教学质量的有关对策。 Teaching quality is an everlasting focus in universities. This paper studies the influence of popularized higher education by the statistical analysis which initiates from rapid expansion of the scale of undergraduate programs to the teaching quality. It is thought that the assessment of undergraduate programs is an effective measure to solve these problems and to face the challenge to improve teaching quality. As long as the principles of “promoting development by assessment and integrating assessment and development” are followed, undergraduate teaching quality will be improved. Finally, the paper stresses the importance of assessment of undergraduate programs in ensuring a teaching quality from five aspects.
