摘要
教师资格认证制度是国家对教师实行的法定的职业许可制度。在我国重视和不断推进教师资格认证制度的今天,对教师资格的认证的深入研究意义重大。首先,回顾了教师资格认证制度的历史及教师资格认证的意义;其次,分析了教师资格认证基本过程,并指出了其中的一些问题;最后,提出了改进我国教师资格认证的建议。
The system to grant teachers credentials for their qualification is the national licensing system to legalize the career. Further study of the system is necessary so this paper focuses on its history and significance, analyses the licensing process. Problems are also discussed and suggestions are put forward to perfect the system.
