摘要
以麦秆发酵制氢产生的有机废液为实验原料,在管式连续流反应器中进行了超临界水气化制氢的实验研究。考查了温度、压力、浓度对气化效果的影响。实验表明利用生物质发酵制氢残液在超临界水中气化,可以实现制氢与制污的双重目的。
The anaerobic organic wastes from raw biomass were gasified for hydrogen production in supcrcritical water with a continuous operation tube flow reactor. The anaerobic organic wastes from raw biomass include acids (acetic acid, butyric acid) and ethanol etc. The influences of pressure, temperature and concentration of organic waste on the gasification proces were experimentally investigated. The results show that the combination of the anaerobic hydrogen production of raw biomass in the supercritical water gasification process will not only get hydrogen but also reduce pollution at the same time.
