摘要
目的了解大鼠感染广州管圆线虫后血清特异性IgM抗体水平的动态变化。方法用ELISA方法对感染后不同时间采集的大鼠血清进行抗广州管圆线虫IgM抗体检测,了解其抗体水平动态变化。并比较感染血清经过或不经过兔抗大鼠IgG处理的情况下,ELISA检测值的差异。结果大鼠感染广州管圆线虫后,其血清特异性IgM抗体水平在感染后第6d已有明显上升,并在45d左右达到第1个高峰,然后下降,在第123d前后又达到一个高水平。感染大鼠血清经兔抗大鼠IgG预处理后,在27、60和90d三个时点IgM抗体检测值出现较明显的变化。结论结果显示广州管圆线虫感染后宿主体液免疫应答的特点,对免疫学检测靶标和诊断时机的选择也有一定意义。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of level of IgM antibody in sera of rats infected with Angiostrongylus cantonensis (A. cantonensis ). Methods The sera samples were collected from rats infected with Angiostrngylus cantonensis in different times and tested with ELISA. The infected serm samples were also pretreated with rabit - anti - IgG . The results were analyzed. Results Level of specific IgM antibody in serum was significantly enhanced six days after infection with A. cantonensis and reached the first peak 45 days after infection, then reduced . There a second peak was observed 123 days after infection. It was also observed that there were marked changes in the levels of IgM antibody in the sera pretreated with rabbit anti - rat IgG on 27^th , 60^th and 90^th day after infection. Conclusion Results of the research are helpful for us to understand the features of humoral immunity of host infected by A. cantonensis and select suitable targets and time of immunological diagnosis.
