密闭容器中小鼠呼吸测量方法

摘要 目的建立一种密闭容器中小鼠呼吸测量方法。方法将小鼠放进直接连接压力换能器的密闭容器中,当小鼠呼吸时,肺的扩张和收缩改变了密闭容器的压力,压力换能器将密闭容器内气体压力的变化信号引导至信号分析系统从而描记出曲线。结果测量出小鼠缺氧全程密闭容器的压力-时间曲线变化图以及呼吸频率和呼吸幅度的变化数据。结论该描记方法顺应和符合小鼠的肺通气过程,由压力换能器描记出的曲线基本上可以代表小鼠的呼吸状况,是一种简单有效的在密闭容器中测量小鼠呼吸的方法。
