摘要
在大型工程建设项目中,存在各种各样的风险,纷繁复杂、变化多端,如果从事项目活动的主体对风险认识不足,或者没有足够的力量加以控制,就可能遭受风险损失。决策者的风险偏好即风险态度,对风险管理决策的影响是重大的。但人们对风险的态度不尽相同。虽然有许多关于人们对风险态度的论述。但提炼这些认识形成项目风险管理理论的却很少。效用理论就考虑了这一点,因此在风险管理决策的实际应用中显得尤为重要。
There are all kinds of risks which are complex and always changing in heavy constructions. If the project manager doesn't have sufficient and rational knowledge for them, or can't control them efficiently, maybe they will suffer great loss. Then the altitude of the project manager is so essential to the project. But the attitude is also so different to different persons. Although there are a lot of discussions on the attitude, special theories are rare and in a greatly shortage. Utility theory can cover the shortage, then it is very vital and important during the practical application of the decision in the face of risks.
