The Effect of Culture Condition on Quality of Domestic Gastrodia Rhizome Planted with No Clay

目的:探讨栽培条件对无土袋栽天麻种麻质量的影响。方法:采用正交试验考察了无土培养基不同配方对袋栽天麻天麻素含量及产量的影响,观察了海拔、萌发菌种类等因素对天麻种麻质量的影响。结果:无土培养基最佳配方比为叶2:枝2:菌种1。树叶是影响天麻种麻质量的主要因素。结论:树叶是影响无土袋栽天麻种麻质量的主要因素,大白栓菌是一种优良的萌发菌。

Objective:To approach the effect of culture condition on quality of domestic Gastrodia Rhizome planted with no clay. Method:Gastrodine content and gastrodia rhizome production as evaluation index, orthogonal experiment as optimized method, the effect of different nutrient medium on quality of domestic Gastrodia Rhizome planted with no clay was studied, at the same time, other conditions such as altitude,sprouting strain, were investigated. Result: The optimization prescription is leaf(2),branch(2),strain(1),and the leaf is the main influencing factor. Conclusion: The leaf is the main influencing factor, the dabaishuan strain is good sprouting strain
