摘要
Objective: To introduce the preparing method of the compound ofloxacin ephedrine nose drops and content determination of ofloxacin.Method: Taking ofloxacin and ephedrine as the main medicine to prepare the compound ofloxacin ephedrine nose drops,and the content of ofloxacin was determined by UV-spectrohotometry.Result: The detected wave-length is at 290 nm,the linear range was within 1.6～9.6μg·ml-1,the recovery was 99.1%(RSD=1.69%).Conclusion: the preparing technology is simple,the method of content determination is simple and accurate,and suitable for hospital manufacturing laboratory.
