大学的逻辑与北大的逻辑——从高等学校的社会职能角度看《大学的逻辑》

文章从介绍北京大学人事制度改革的情况引入《大学的逻辑》一书的产生背景,简要说明了该书作者关于大学治理的基本思想,利用高等教育学中有关高等学校基本社会职能的理论对其相关观点进行了评析。

The present article introduced the background of ＂Logics of Universities＂ on the basis of the personnel system reform in Beijing University, and briefly illuminated the author＇s elementary ideas about administrating universities, then analyzed and evaluated the relative viewpoints through higher education theory on universities＇ social duties.
