摘要
优化高校内部组织体系必须遵循“以学生为中心”的原则,对组织进行“纵向”的革新,使原来的层级制组织进行扁平化重组;通过组织网络化(矩阵化、开放性、虚拟性)加强组织的“横向”延展,以重组组织内部分散在部门的资源,提升组织柔性;组织扁平化、组织网络化、改进组织流程和学生全面参与组织评估构成了高校组织体系优化的四个主要方面。
To optimize the internal organization structure of the higher institutions, we must follow the "student's - centered" principles for the "vertical" innovation of the organization, and do away with hierarchical system to recombine it. We ean strengthen the organization's "horizontal" extension by organizing it network-based (Matrix - based, open, virtual) to reorganize the resources scattered in the organization that to promote its flexibility. Organizations flat - based and network - based, improvement to the organization's procedures, and students to be participated in organizing and assessing are the four main respects of the optimization.
