摘要
21世纪的当代中国,伴随着WTO的加入,司法职业化制度开始实施。面对挑战,高校法学本科教育体制必须做出相应的改革与回应。本科教育大众化的今天,法学本科教育在坚持混合教育基础之上而以职业教育为重心,无疑是高校法学本科教育模式的最佳选择与发展方向。
In 21st century an system on judicaturet begin to be put in practice, as is said that one who engage an judiciary occupation should possess more and more professional abilities for our country became a member of WTO. In the face of challenge some reforms and responses should be taken in the higher education system in undergraduate law course. Nowadays the best choice and the direction of the model for the higher education in the science of law may be emphasizing the vocational education on the base of mixed education when the higher education is accepted in a popular style.
