大学学生心理压力与慢性疲劳综合征

Psychological stress and chronic fatigue syndrome in undergraduate students

目的了解大学生的心理压力，探讨其对慢性疲劳综合征的影响。方法以方便抽样法抽取广州地区某综合性大学1～3年级在校学生，使用自填式结构问卷调查大学生的一般情况、心理压力及疲劳感。以因子分析识别心理压力和疲劳感的潜在公共因子，使用等级回归分析探讨心理压力与慢性疲劳综合征的关系。结果大学生心理压力主要为“对学业和未来工作的担心”、“人际与环境压力”和“学习压力”。3种心理压力均与“精神疲劳感”和“躯体疲劳感”呈显著正关联。“学习压力”较“对学业和未来工作的担心”及“人际和环境压力”对慢性疲劳感影响大。感受到的“学习压力”对躯体疲劳感的影响大于对精神疲劳感的影响，“对学业和未来工作的担心”及“人际和环境压力”对精神疲劳感的影响大于对躯体疲劳感的影响。结论大学生心理压力主要来源于“对学业和未来工作的担心”、“人际与环境压力”和“学习压力”，三者均是大学生慢性疲劳感的危险因素。不同的心理压力对不同的慢性疲劳感的作用存在着差异。

Objective To realize psychological stress status in undergraduate students and to explore the effect of the stress on chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods 8 912 undergraduate students in grade to 3 were sampled by convenient sampling method, and they were surveyed with a self-administered questionnaire to inquire about their demographic characteristics, psychological stress and chronic fatigue syndrome. Factor analysis was used to identify the potential common factors of the stress and chronic fatigue syndromes, and hierarchical regression analysis was employed to explore the association between the psychological stress and chronic fatigue syndrome, Results Factor analysis indicated that the subjects mainly perceived stress from ＂Worrying about current academic and future work＂, ＂Personnel relationship and environment stress＂ and ＂Study stress＂. Three sources were positively associated with mental fatigue and body fatigue, ＂Study stress＂ more highly affected the chronic fatigue syndrome than another two stress did and more highly affected the body fatigue than the mental fatigue, while ＂Worrying about current academic and future work＂, ＂Personnel relationship and environment stress＂ more highly impacted the mental fatigue than the body fatigue. Conclusions The undergraduate students mainly perceived psychological stress from ＂Worrying about current academic and future work＂, ＂Personnel relationship and environment stress＂, and ＂Study stress＂, All of the three sources of stress were the risk factors of chronic fatigue syndrome, Different psychological stress affected the chronic fatigue syndrome in different way.
