脑血灵颗粒剂对实验性脑出血大鼠脑水肿及行为学变化影响的研究

The Effect of Naoxueling Granule (脑血灵颗粒剂) on Cerebral Edema and Behavioral Change after Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Rats

目的观察脑血灵颗粒对大鼠急性脑出血后脑水肿及行为学变化的影响。方法用自体血制作大鼠脑出血模型,实验组分大、中、小剂量组予脑血灵颗粒,华佗再造丸治疗者为阳性对照组,模型对照组和假手术组给予生理盐水;以脑系数、脑含水量作为脑水肿的观察指标,以Bederson行为学评分法、平衡木行为学评分法作为行为学观察指标。结果脑血灵颗粒及华佗再造丸均可显著降低出血后第7日大鼠脑组织脑系数、脑含水量,而以高剂量脑血灵为优;出血后第3日脑出血大鼠的神经功能缺损症状改善,出血后第7日各组脑出血大鼠的神经功能缺损症状均显著改善,亦以高剂量脑血灵为优。结论脑血灵颗粒剂具有减轻脑水肿、降低颅高压作用,对脑出血大鼠运动缺限和神经功能的改善有良好效果;脑血灵颗粒剂与抗脑水肿效果及症状改善之间存在量-效关系。

Objective:To observe the effect of a Chinese drugs pharamacy Naoxueling Granule(脑 血 灵 颗 粒 剂 ) on cerebral edema and behavioral change after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods:Male Sprague- Dawley rats received an infusion of 50μ l autologous blood into the right basal ganglia. The rats were randomly divided into sham operated group, model group,Huatuozaizao Bolus(华 佗 再 造 丸 ) group and low, middle, high dosage of Naoxieling Granule groups. Bederson neural function, balancing function, brain water content as well as the brain coefficient were detected.Results:Compared to the model rats, the brain coefficient and brain water content of the rats treated withNaoxieling Granule or Huatuozaizao Bolus were decreased.the decreased extent in high dosage of Naoxieling Granule group was most significant. The neurological scores were improved 3d after operation in high dosage of Naoxieling Granule group. After 7d of ICH,the improvement of neurological scores were observed in Naoxieling Granule or Huatuozaizao Bolus groups. The effect of high dosage of Naoxieling Granule group was best. Conclusion:Naoxieling Granule can improves cerebral edema behavioral change after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. The dose- effect relationship was present.
