紫花茄皂苷Ⅰ-2对人肝癌细胞的细胞毒影响

摘要 目的探讨紫花茄皂苷Ⅰ-2对人肝癌BEL-7402细胞的细胞毒作用。方法用酸性磷酸酶(APA)法测定不同浓度紫花茄皂苷Ⅰ-2处理人肝癌BEL-7402细胞后的增殖抑制率和IC50。结果紫花茄皂苷Ⅰ-2对BEL-7402细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用,在皂苷作用72 h后,实验组与对照组的A405比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),半数抑制浓度IC50为6.2μg/m l。结论紫花茄皂苷Ⅰ-2对人肝癌细胞的细胞毒作用呈明显的浓度依赖性。 Objective To investigate the cytotoxic effect of saponin I -2 in Solanum indicum L. on human hepatocarcinoma BEL- T402 cells. Methods The inhibition rates of cell proliferation and IC50 of saponin were detected by the acid phosphatase assay ( APA). Results The solanum saponin significantly inhibited proliferation of BEL-7402 cells. Apparent difference in A405 value was detected after BEL-7402 cells had been exposed to the saponin for 72 hours compared with control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , with IC50 value of 6. 2μg/ml. Conclusion The solanum saponin I -2 has concentration-dependent cytotoxic effects on human hepatocarcinoma cells.
