芪蛭颗粒治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效研究

Clinical effect study on treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with QiZhi Granules

目的观察芪蛭颗粒治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法选择108例住院病人随机分为芪蛭颗粒联合溶栓祛聚治疗组和单纯溶栓祛聚对照组,比较两组病人用药前后的肢体周径以及影像学(静脉再通)指标。结果治疗组的总体疗效、临床治愈率、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血管再通情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显的出血性并发症。结论芪蛭颗粒可提高DVT的总体疗效、临床治愈率和总有效率,可促进血管再通和侧枝循环的建立,是一种疗效安全、可靠、服用方便的纯中药制剂,有广阔的应用前景。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of QiZhi Granules in treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （ DVT）. Methods During the same time, based on the same criterions, 108 patients of DVT selected and divided into two groups randomly. QiZhi Granules, urokinase and aspirin, dipyridamole were given to the treatment group, except for QiZhi Granules, the control group was given the same remedy. The clinical effect was estimated after continuous treatment for 15 days according to the same criterions. Re-canalization of the veins were respectively compared. Results The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Meanwhile, Re-canalization of the veins also has significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion QiZhi Granules can increase therapeutic efficacy,re-canalization and establishe side circulation. It is an effective medicine for treatment of DVT. It is worthy of wide usage on account of its safety, credibility and no side effect.
