摘要
采用特殊制备前驱粉和液-固掺杂方式制备出弥散强化稀土钼镧合金,通过扫描电镜和透射电镜,研究了掺杂方式对钼镧合金烧结体中第二相的粒度分布和形貌,证实了钼基体中La2O3颗粒的存在,分析了第二相粒子在钼基体中的分布规律,测定了钼丝的拉伸性能,根据奥洛万机制,引入位错可滑移宽度的概念,分析了粒子尺度对材料硬化性能的影响,提出了改进小尺度第二相粒子强化钼合金加工性能的建议。
A sort of Mo - La2O3 alloy strengthened with lanthanon's dispersion was gained by adopting a special preparation method to have the forerunner powder and one adulteration way of liquid & solid. Through scanning electron microscope and scanning lens ,the paper studied the influence of the adulteration way for the second appearance particle's granularity distributing and appearance in the sintering body of Mo - La2O3 alloy. The existence of La2O3 granule has been confirmed in the Molybdenum body. The paper analyzed the distribution law of the second appearance particle in the molybdenum body, and has mensurated the pulling capability of the molybdenum wire. According to Orowan's mechanism, the paper introduced the concept of dislocation's viable - slip width, and analyzed the influence of the particle;s dimension to the induration capability of the material. The paper put forward one advice about improving the machining capabiliyt of the molybdenum alloy which was intensified by the little measure second appearance particle.
