摘要
通过对厚荚相思不同扦插基质、母株不同部位穗条和生根促进剂IBA不同浓度处理下扦插育苗对比试验.结果表明:厚荚相思采用河沙、草木灰和黄心土混合基质作为插壤,选用厚荚相思母树中部穗条,采用质量分数为5.0×10^-5~5.0×10^-4的吲哚丁酸为生根促进剂能有效提高厚荚相思的扦插成活率。
Comparative experiments of cutting seedlings on different media, scions in different parts of maternal plant of Acacia crossicarpa, different concentration of IBA were conducted, the results showed that by taking the mixture media with sand and plant ash and loess as uniform mixture, selecting mid-scions of maternal plant of Acacia crossicarpa, taking 5.0 × 10^-5 ~ 5.0 × 10^-4 IBA as root accelerant, the survival rate of Acacia crossicarpa was effectively improved.
