摘要
以沈阳虎石台煤机厂生产的反循环钻机为例,介绍了冲击反循环大孔径施工中常见的事故及处理方法。如制作绳索捞取工具及平面搂钩工具打捞砂管丢失;利用钻机大、小臂进行单绳左右冲击处理软砂地层夹钻事故;在钻头处制作圆楔形钢圈打捞开焊震掉的最小底圈,等等,并根据实践经验,分别绘制了相应工具的结构示意图。
To take the reverse circulation drilling rig produced by the Hushitai Coal Mining Machinery Plant as example, introduced familiar accidents and handling methods in percussive reverse circulation large-diameter drilling. Ranging from making of wire-line fishing tool and tabulate carved hook to fish lost sand tube; to use rig arm carry out single wire-line right and left percussion handle drilling tool jamming in soft sandy strata; making round cuneiform steel ring on bit to fish out the smallest bottom ring which is shaking off as a result of welding defect et cetera, and according to practical experiences drafted structural schematic diagram of relevant tools.
