摘要
目的:探讨艾灸预处理的预防性脑保护作用机制。方法:采用4动脉阻断法制备大鼠全脑缺血模型。78只Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为5组:正常对照组、假手术组、脑缺血组、脑缺血预处理组、艾灸预处理组,各组分别于手术后24、48、72h取脑。采用磺嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,以硫代巴比妥酸法测丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:艾灸预处理组术后SOD活性明显增高,尤以术后24h升高最明显;MDA含量下降,与缺血组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸预处理可通过内源性抗氧化酶活性的增加对缺血缺氧脑组织起保护作用。
Objective To reveal the mechanism of moxibustion preconditioning in preventive brain-protecting action. Methods The rat model of global brain ischemia was made with 4-artery Iigation method. 78 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, normal control group, sham-operation group, brain ischemia group, brain isehemia preconditioning group and moxibustion preconditioning group. The brain was taken 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after operation in the all groups, respectively, for determination of SOD activities by xanthine oxidase method and MDA content by thibabiturie acid method. Results The SOD activity significantly increased, especially 24 h after the moxibustion preconditioning, and the MDA content decreased significantly with a very significant difference as compared with the ischemia group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Moxibustion preconditioning exerts the protective action on the brain tissue of ischemia and anoxia through increasing the endogenous anti-oxidase activity.
