牦牛炭疽和出血性败血症的病原分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria of Anthrax and Pasteurellosis in yaks

对急性败血性死亡,怀疑为牦牛炭疽病的病死牛的耳进行巴氏杆菌和炭疽杆菌的分离与培养鉴定,结合流行病学、临床症状和实验室检查,诊断为炭疽杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌混合感染。

Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from eleven yaks suspected dying of Anthrax and then identilied.Integrating with epidemiological survey,clinical symptom and examination in laboratory,it was diagnosed that the yaks were mixed infection with Anthrax bacillus and Pasteuria.
