氯化镧对脱矿釉质再矿化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了了解镧(La^(3+))对脱矿釉质再矿化的影响,以基础矿化液及含10ppmLa^(3+)或氟(F^-)的矿化液分别处理脱矿后的人牙釉质,再作实验开窗区剖面由表及里的显微硬度测定,结果显示各试验组表层硬度明显低于内层硬度(P<0.05),但100μm以内各点之硬度值比校差异均无显著性(P>0.05);以各实验组相比较,表层硬度值之间差异有显著性(P<0.001),其他层次相应点之间硬度值差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。该结果表明矿化液中含La^(3+)或含F~-均能促进脱矿釉质发生再矿化,但La^(3+)的作用不及F^-。 The influence of lanthanum chloride on the rehardening capacities of softened human enamel was investigated by an in vitro model. The early caries條ike lesions of human enamel were created with 0. Imol lactic acid, after that, the softened enamels were treated with basic calcifying solutions or calcifying solutions enriched with 10 ppm of La3 or F-. The changes of the longitudinal enamel sections were evaluated with microhardness tester. The result of the experiment demonstrated that the addition of La3- or F- significantly improved the rehardening of the softened enamel but the best rehardening was obtained with the calcifying fluid enriched with F-.
