摘要
分析了影响给煤机称量精度的因素,提出了皮带张力与称量精度之间的关系。针对1000MW等级机组技术性能的要求,介绍了将称量精度由常规的≤±0.5%提高到≤±0.25%所采取的措施。
Factors that influence the feeder's weighing accuracy are analyzed, with the opinion that the latter depends on the tension of the driving belt. According to the requirements of 1000MW class units, measures to be adopted for raising the weighing precision from the conventional ≤ ± 0.5 % to ≤ ± 0.25 % are detailed. Figs 3, table 1 and refs 3.
