摘要
介绍了分层分布式电压无功协调控制系统结构由管理级、变电站控制级和现场控制级构成,阐述了控制区域的划分,给出叶子控制策略和树根控制策略。算例表明:通过协调控制系统的合理动作,10kV母线电压合格裕度有较大的提高,无功潮流分布合理,有效降低网损。
The paper introduces that the voltage and reactive power coordinated control system based on hierarchal and distributed structure consists of the supervisory level ,the substation control level and the field control level,explains the division of control regions, and presents the leaf control schemes as well as root control schemes. Study cases show that the certified margin of the 10 kV bus voltage is increased a lot, the reactive power flow is distributed rationally, and the loss of network is decreased effectively through reasonable actions of the coordinated control system.
