摘要
以江苏省盐城500kV盐都变电所二期扩建2号主变压器(以下简称主变)为例,介绍了750MV·A背包式有载调压主变安装施工主要方法的选定,以及新技术的应用过程。在安装过程中该方法解决了体积大和密封要求高等难点,一次性提前完成施工,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Taking the installation of the second transformer in the 500 kV Yandu substation of Jiangsu province as an example,the paper introduces the selection of the installation method for 750 MV. A backpack on-load voltage regulating transformers and the application process of the new technology. The method solved the difficulties of bulk mass of transformers and the high requirement of airtight ability to such transformers in the installation process. Construction was completed only one time in advance and the economic ＆ social benefit was good.
