摘要
以电网分层分区为背景,在详细分析了电磁环网特性的基础上,把电磁环网因素引入供电网规划模型。以投资费用和运行费用最小为目标函数,综合考虑了N-1、过负荷、电磁环网等约束条件,建立了引入电磁环网因素的电网规划模型。应用遗传算法来实现所建立的电网规划模型,并进行算例分析。
In the background of voltage-grading and network partition of power grid,the paper introduces the factor of electromagnetic loop network into supply network planning models after analyzing the characteristics of electromagnetic loop network in detail. Supply network planning models considering the factor of electromagnetic loop network takes the minimum investment cost and minimum operation cost as objective functions, and takes many constraint condition such as N-1 ,overload and electromagnetic loop network ect. into account. The models were realized by genetic algorithm and study cases were done.
