摘要 介绍了江苏220kV电网分区运行情况和镇江电网分区运行的现状,分析了镇江220kV电网分为东、西两片运行后的优点以及带来的负面影响,提出了采用相应的运行措施来改善运行条件,以防止中、低压电网合解环操作时潮流过大而引起保护跳闸;探讨了通过建设220kV谏壁变来改善现有的网架结构,合理确定电网解环点,以提高电网供电可靠性的具体措施。 The paper introduces the current status of the districting operation of Jiangsu and Zhenjiang 220 kV power grid. It is pointed out that the short-circuit currents are reduced and the relaying settings are simplified since the Zhenjiang 220 kV grid is divided into 2 parts, the east and west part. Also, the paper presents measures to prevent protection trip caused by over current during the close-loop or the open-loop operation on the Medium and low voltage networks. Finally it discusses the specific measurements to improve the present network structure by constructing the 220 kV Jianbi substation, and to increase the power reliability by reasonably choosing the open-loop point of the power grid.
