摘要
从住区层面属性的改变、住宅设计、社会生活的变化多方面分析了新形势下影响邻里交往的诸因素,以期对居住区的规划、空间、环境及场地服务设施等设计有所启发。
From the change of external attributes in residential area, house design, change of social life and other.aspects the factors influencing the neighborhood communication are analyzed in order to provide references for planning, spatial and environmental design of residential district.
