Use of QC method in ensuring rebar-planting quality

结合春天商业广场的工程概况,介绍了QC小组的活动制度及选题,并对PDCA循环的现状做了分析,总结了影响植筋质量的主要因素,并制定了相应对策,通过QC活动,取得了良好的效益。

Combined with general engineering situations of spring commercial square, activities and topic selection of QC team are introduced. Based upon analysis of present situations of PDCA circulation the major factors influencing the quality of rebar-planting are summarized; at the same time corresponding countermeasures are proposed. Practice receives good effect.
