阐述了现代企业人才资源向人才资本转变的重要意义,从人才市场配置体制、人才能力建设、人才成长环境的优化等方面介绍了人才资本的转变途径和方法,以提高现代企业的核心竞争力。
The significance of realization of the transformation of qualified personnel resource into qualified personnel capital in modem enterprises is elaborated. From system of lab market, construction of talent's ability, optimization of environment and other aspects practical method and ways are proposed for the transformation of qualified personnel resource into qualified personnel capital to improve kernel competitive power of enterprises.
