摘要
阐述了工程建设监理的作用，分析了当前我国公路施工监理队伍的现状，从监理、业主、承包商三者关系的处理，FIDIC条款的执行等方面介绍了搞好监理工作的注意事项，最终保证工程质量。
The actions of supervision in construction works are elaborated. Based upon analysis of the quality situations of supervisors at present the points for attention in supervision are introduced from treatment of relationship between supervisor, owner and contractor, implementation FIDIC clause and other aspects in order to ensure engineering quality.
