摘要
分析了工程设计在工程建设项目中的重要性，从技术与经济关系的处理、限额设计的推行、设计收费办法的改革等方面探讨了在设计阶段控制工程造价的措施，以使工程项目取得较高的效益。
The importance of engineering design in engineering construction project is analyzed. From dealing with relationship between technology and economy, popularization of cost limit design, reform of charge method for design and other aspects measures for engineering cost control in design phase are discussed in order ensure benefits of projects.
