On quality management of roadbed engineering construction in Lan-Hai expressway

结合兰海高速公路路基施工实践，从多级施工质量管理机构及质量管理制度的建立、施工过程的质量控制探讨了公路工程质量管理的经验与做法，以供类似工程参考。

Combined with practical engineering of roadbed construction in Lan-Hai expressway, the author discusses the experiences and methods of highway construction quality control from building of multilevel construction quality management organ and quality management system, and quality control of construction process, which to offer a reference for similar project.
