摘要
试验研究了百草枯引起胎鼠动脉管收缩与肾上腺皮质激素及其受体的关系。结果表明:百草枯对未切除肾上腺的孕鼠胎儿动脉管具有明显的收缩作用,试验组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);百草枯促使未切除肾上腺的孕鼠胎儿血浆中肾上腺皮质激素浓度显著升高,试验组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);妊娠20 d和21 d胎鼠动脉管内皮细胞中存在肾上腺皮质激素受体,这说明百草枯引起胎鼠动脉管收缩与肾上腺皮质激素及其受体有关。
The relationship between contraction of ductus arteriosus of fetuses induced by paraquat with adrenocortical hormone and its receptor was studied. The results showed that the effect on the ductus arteriosus(DA) of rat fetus after giving paraquat to the pregnant rats without adrenal glands was significant ( P 〈 0.05) ; the effect on concentration of adrenocortical hormone in blood plasma of rat fetus after giving paraquat to the pregnant rats without adrenal glands was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the adrenocortical hormone receptor existed in endothelial adrenocortical hormone of ductus arteriousus of the rats on 20 d and 21 d of gestation. The research indicated that the contraction of ductus arteriosus of fetuses induced by paraquat was related with adrenocortical hormone and its receptor.
