摘要
由于轻质碳酸钙都是化学法生产,碱度高不易避免,而且轻质碳酸钙的生产原料质量直接影响其碱度。针对生产中劣质原料引起轻钙碱度高的情况,通过使用一种复配低聚物干粉和其溶液进行多次实验及对比分析。结果表明:采用该复配低聚物溶液可有效地降低轻钙碱度,提高产品质量并不影响生产工艺难度、复杂度和周期,为降低轻钙碱度提供了新的途径。目前,我公司已将此工艺用于轻质碳酸钙的批量生产。
Light calcium carbonate was usually manufactured by chemical process, so its high alkalinity eould not be avoided easily. Moreover, raw material of light calcium carbonate impacts its alkalinity directly. In this paper, in order to solve the high alkalinity problem caused by low quality raw material, a kind of built low grade polymer at dry powder and solution state respectively was used to reduce the alkalinity of light calcium carbonate. The experimental results showed that it was a good method to reduce the alkalinity of light calcium carbonate with the solution. The process difficulty, complexity and the production period were not influenced and it provided a new way to reduce the alkalinity of light calcium carbonate. At present, this new process has been applied for mass production of light calcium carbonate in our company.
