Research Progress on Non-Halogen Flame Retardant of Polypropylene

介绍了金属氢氧化物、磷系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂、有机硅系阻燃剂和纳米阻燃剂等无卤阻燃剂在聚丙烯中的应用情况。指出了研制和开发高效、无毒、无烟、无环境污染、热稳定性好、多功能和新型复合“绿色”阻燃剂,将成为以后聚丙烯无卤阻燃剂的发展趋势。

The application in polypropylene of non halogenated flame retardants such as metallic hydroxide, phosphated flame retardants, intumescent flame retardants, organosilicone flame retardants and nano meter flame retardants were introduced. It is suggested that the ＂green＂ composite flame retardants with exploitation of high-efficiency, non toxic, non fume, non environment pollution, good heat stability and multiple functions are the future direction of development on non halogen flame retardant for polypropylene.
