摘要
在试验研究的基础上,分析了直径小、体长、底厚的回转体零件变薄引伸工序中底部增厚的规律及其成因,为这类零件的冷挤压变薄引伸工艺及模具设计提供了理论和实际依据。
Based on the experimental investigation, the paper analyzes the law and cause of bottom thickening of the rotary parts with small diameter, long body and thick bottom during ironing, thus providing a theoretical and practical reference for designing the mould and ironing process of this kind of parts.
