摘要
本文利用频谱分析方法,定量分析了数/模转换器输出毛刺在数字合成正弦波中产生的谐波失真和有效值误差,讨论了毛刺宽度、幅度及信号频率与这些误差之间的关系。最后,给出消除毛刺影响的具体技术方法。
In digitally synthesizing high precision, frequency signals,the glitches inthe outpUt of digital-to-analog converters(DAC) have serious,sometimes,effects on thequality of synthesized signals. Based on frequency spectrum analysis,this paper presents aquantitative analysis on the harmonics distortion and RMS error of digitally synthesized sinusoidal signal due to the glitches in the output of DAC. The analysis shows that the distortionand the error are quantitatively related to the width and amplitude of the glitches and the frequency of the synthesized sinusoidal signal, which is helpful to the design and analysis ofdigital waveform synthesizer. At last,a practical technical scheme of deglitching is given.
