摘要
主要解决城市出租车最优数量和出租车合理定价两个问题.通过分析城市人口、经济水平、出行特征、出租车经营状况等影响因素及其发展规律,逐步建立出租车出行总量预测模型、出租车最优数量预测模型;在得到出租车最优数量的基础上,对出租车进行供需分析,确定车费下降的可行性及降价幅度;最后结合降价幅度及实际情况,得到出租车合理定价的具体方案.
The purpose of this paper is to solve two problems in taxi planning:the optimal quantity and the rational fare strategy. These two problems are influenced by a lot of factors: population, economy, trip characteristics and taxi operation state. Then the taxi trip quantity forecasting model and the optimal taxi quantity forecasting model are built based on these factors and their development formulas. Taxi supply and demand analysis is applied to calculate the reduction of taxi fare. Finally, a rational taxi fare strategy is proposed to reduce the fare and to increase the incomes of taxi drivers.
