摘要
本文针对目前各种正弦振动控制系统在使用过程中都需要调节控制参数的缺陷,提出了一种基于双环串联自适应模型跟随控制的正弦振动控制系统。该系统采用自适应模型跟随控制算法、软件幅值检测和数字式扫频正弦信号发生器。系统所有控制参数均在安装时一次性确定,无需用户在使用过程中进行任何调节,大大方便了用户的操作使用,提高了环境试验的安全性。同时,该系统与已有的各种正弦振动控制系统相比,还具有控制精度高、鲁棒性强、算法移植和升级方便等优点。
There is a shortcoming,the control parameters must be set or tuned smanually before each vibration test,in most of the present SVCSs (Sine Vibration Control Systems). In this paper, a new SVCS is introduced to overcome the shortcoming. This SVCS isbased on double-loop AMFC algorithm, software amplitude detector and digital sweepingsine wave generator. All of the control parameters in this SVCS need be set autgmaticallyonly once when the system is fixed up, and will not need be set or tuned by users in the latervibration tests. This property can simplify the users'operation and improve the safety of thevibration tests. At the same time, this SVCS has higher control accuracy, stronger robustand better algorithm portability than the other present SVCSs.
