摘要
利用Lab Windows/CVI的虚拟仪器技术,开发了轴角伺服系统测试平台,实现了轴角位移测量系统和伺服控制器的测试,并采用一种可靠的仪器电源参数监控方案,提高了测试平台的安全性和可靠性。实验结果表明,该测试平台实现了轴角伺服系统的集成测试,提高了测试效率,具有较强的实用性,对同类测试平台的研制具有重要的借鉴意义。
Using the Lab Windows/CVI virtual instrument technology,the test platform of angle servo system is developed; the testing of the angle measurement system and servo controller are achieved;and a reliable power parameter monitoring and control is adopted in this paper,whereby the security and reliability of test platform are greatly improved. Experiment results indicate that this test platform implements the angle servo system integrated test, improved the test efficiency and has better practicability, which is of important reference significance for the development of the test platform of the same kind.
